Stephen Wozniak (Frankie) has been an actor, writer and artist for more than half of his life. He is the son of Johns Hopkins University/APL inventor John Wozniak and Margaret Wozniak.
Stephen performed in a number of independent films such as Cold Harbor (1996) and Politics (1995),. He later joined director Tony Scott on the production of Enemy of The State (1999). A directorial connection to that film in the form of Michael Kehoe gave Stephen the opportunity to work with actors Hawthorne James (Speed) and Leif Garrett (The Outsiders) in the harrowing thriller The Art of a Bullet (1999). In 2000, Stephen played tinseltown street hustler "Paco" in the noir feature, Down The Barrel (2003) opposite Luke Perry and Marty Ingels.
Recent television roles include that of 'Latia' on the Enterprise (2001) (TV) episode "Two Days And Two Nights", directed by Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987) veteran Michael Dorn; 'Stan Montrose' in the episode "Back In The Saddle" on the acclaimed CBS police drama, District, The (2000) (TV); and as 1960s rocker 'Mitch Ryder' on NBC's American Dreams (2002) (TV).
Stephen is currently writing a screenplay based on the life of rock musician David Bowie entitled And Ziggy Played Guitar: The Sound and Vision of David Bowie, in which he will also star as the movie's title character. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles.
